Principal

Dr. Ranjith C is the Principal of KMCT College of Engineering for Emerging Technologies and Management,Vatakara. He holds a Ph.D. in Information and Communication Engineering from the MIT Campus, Anna University, Chennai; an M.Tech in VLSI System Design from NIT Warangal; and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Bangalore.

With over 20 years of academic and administrative experience, Dr. Ranjith has served in various roles, including Principal at the Institute of Technology and Management, University of Calicut; Associate Professor, Assistant Professor, and Lecturer at KMCT College of Engineering, Kozhikode; and Graduate Apprentice at NIELIT Calicut.

His research interests include evolvable hardware, reconfigurable architectures, bio-inspired algorithms, and VLSI signal processing. He has published extensively in reputed international journals and conferences and is a recipient of the IEEE Region 10 “Global Outstanding Branch Counsellor” Award.

Dr. Ranjith is a Life Member of ISTE and IETE, and a Member of IEEE. He has played a key role in establishing advanced research laboratories and academic initiatives across multiple institutions.
